IV. ማሳሰቢያ (Notes)

ይህ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ብቻ ሲሆን፣ ከሚመለከተው አካል የንግድ ፈቃድ ሳያወጡ መሥራት አይቻልም።(This is only a competency certificate; a business license must be obtained before starting operations.)
የምስክር ወረቀቱ የሚታደሰው ባለሥልጣኑ ለሥራው አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የቴክኒክ ዝግጅቶችን ማሟላታቸውን ሲያረጋግጥ ብቻ ነው።(Renewal is granted only after the Authority verifies all technical preparations are met.)
የምስክር ወረቀቱ የአገልግሎት ዘመኑ ከማለቁ አንድ ወር በፊት ቀርቦ መታደስ ይኖርበታል።(The certificate must be presented for renewal one month before the expiry date.)
ይህ ሰርተፊኬት በ3 ቅጂ የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን፣ 1ኛው (ኦሪጅናል) ለአመልካች፣ 2ኛውና 3ኛው በባለሥልጣኑ መዝገብ ቤት ይቆያል።(Issued in 3 copies: 1st for the applicant, 2nd and 3rd for the Authority’s records.)
